How it works
Purchase the Complete Package
You complete a short onboarding form covering your business name, contact details, licence information, and other specifics we need to build your documents accurately. Most prepared business owners finish the form in around eight minutes.
Onboarding call with the founders
Every TradieVolt customer is onboarded directly by the founders. The call is around thirty minutes, and exists to confirm we have what we need to build your suite properly, walk you through what happens next, and answer any questions about how we’ll work together.
Customisation by the TradieVolt team
Your full document suite is built and customised by our design team, with your branding, licence details, and business information baked into every document. Your suite is also built to be visibly distinct from every other TradieVolt customer, so your documents represent your business specifically.
Delivery via MyVolt
Your completed suite is delivered through the MyVolt portal, typically within five business days of receiving your completed onboarding form. Documents are organised, searchable, and accessible from any device with a browser.
Unlimited revisions for the first 90 days
Every Complete Package includes 90 days of unlimited revisions from the date your documents are delivered, regardless of whether you opt into the subscription. This window is designed to give you time to review everything thoroughly and request any adjustments.

How credits work
One credit is added to your account every month you’re subscribed, and credits bank up for as long as you stay. You spend them two ways. Claiming a document from the TradieVolt library — one we’ve already released, customised to your business and branding like everything else in your suite — costs half a credit per page. Commissioning a document that’s never existed before, designed from your brief, costs one credit per page. Four banked credits could claim an eight-page library document, or commission a four-page document built from scratch.
The longer you stay, the further ahead you get. As new documents are released, they’re eventually folded into the Complete Package, and the package price rises for new customers. Subscribers claim those releases along the way with credits they’ve already earned. A year of subscribing banks twelve credits: up to twenty-four pages of library documents, claimed as they land.

Two things are included when you add the subscription at checkout, at the same time as purchasing your Complete Package — and only then:
- 90 days free. Full membership from day one, first payment 90 days away. Cancel before then and you’ve paid nothing.
- 2 bonus credits. Enough to claim a four-page document from the TradieVolt library, or to put towards a custom build.
Subscribe later through MyVolt and the subscription works exactly the same way, but billing starts the day you join and the checkout extras don’t apply.
The subscription is optional. If you do subscribe, you can cancel at any time through the MyVolt portal. There is no minimum term, no lock-in contract, and no cancellation fee. Credits you’ve built up are held for six months if you cancel, and restored in full if you come back within that window. Documents already delivered to you remain yours regardless of subscription status.
