TradieVolt is a premium business document and tooling platform built specifically for licensed electrical contractors in Australia and New Zealand.
The company exists to lift the standard of how serious electrical businesses present, operate, and hold up under scrutiny. That work is delivered through a custom-built suite of professional documents, an ongoing relationship that keeps those documents current as the business changes, and a single platform that brings everything together. The standard TradieVolt holds itself to is the standard a working electrical contractor would expect from any other professional service in their business: precise, considered, and built to be defensible.
TradieVolt operates across Australia and New Zealand, working with owner-operators and established electrical businesses that take how they look on paper as seriously as the work itself.
The company was founded by Brenton Russo and Joe Ciardi.
Brenton is a licensed electrical contractor and the originator of the TradieVolt idea. The concept came directly out of running his own electrical business, where the gap between the standard of the work and the standard of the paperwork supporting it became impossible to ignore. Brenton leads the trade-side perspective that runs through every document and decision TradieVolt makes.
Joe came on as Brenton’s partner to help turn the idea into a real business, bringing over twenty years working with commercial customers across the technology industry in operational, sales and service capacities. Joe leads the operational and business-building side of the company.
The pairing is deliberate. The build needed someone whose experience sat inside the trade and someone whose experience sat outside it. Brenton handles the trade. Joe handles the company. The combination is why TradieVolt exists in the form it does.
What drives TradieVolt is a long-term commitment, not a short-term product.
The work TradieVolt exists to do is to lift the operational and presentational standard of the electrical trade in Australia and New Zealand, and to do it for individual businesses one customer at a time. That work is paced by deliberate choices about how the company operates.
TradieVolt operates as a small, hands-on company on purpose. Every customer is onboarded by the founders, every document carries human review, and every change request is handled by a real person who knows the customer’s business.
