We aim to turn around minor amendments within two business days and design changes within five, and these times are designed to cover the vast majority of what our customers need. If something is genuinely urgent, flag it clearly in your request and we’ll do what we reasonably can to accommodate. We don’t operate an expedited tier or charge for rush work. Our view is that our standard turnaround should be fast enough for almost all real-world situations, and for the rare situations that need more, we’ll work with you.
