Your documents are delivered as PDFs through the MyVolt portal. Reference documents such as capability statements, policies, and guides are ready to use as delivered. Operational documents that you complete per job or per customer, such as invoices, quotes, and warranty forms, are delivered as PDFs you can fill in using any modern PDF reader, including the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or Preview on Mac. If you have a specific need for an alternative file format, such as Microsoft Word for upload into a job management platform, submit a request and we’ll support where possible. The Resources section of MyVolt includes a guide on how to fill out a PDF using free tools, so your team doesn’t need to learn anything new.
