Here’s how it works. The TradieVolt team is continually building new documents for the platform. We don’t commit to a fixed schedule, because we’d rather release a document when it’s right than ship one to hit a date. When a new document is released, active subscribers can claim it immediately: we customise it for your business, in your branding, like everything else in your suite. Claims are paid for with the credits included in your membership, at half a credit per page — so a four-page release costs two credits.
Later, once enough new documents have accumulated, they’re folded into the Complete Package itself and the package price rises for new customers. Subscribers who claimed those documents along the way already have them. In practical terms, the longer you’re subscribed, the more your suite is worth relative to what new customers are paying to get started — and because credits bank up month after month, the longer you stay, the more claiming power you hold.
This is one of the core reasons the subscription exists. It’s not just maintenance of what you already have. It’s continued investment in what your suite becomes.
