How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the MyVolt portal. There’s no phone call required, no cancellation form to argue through, and no retention script. We believe the service stands on its own merits. If you’re cancelling for a reason we should know about, we’d genuinely appreciate hearing it so we can improve, but that’s a request, not a requirement.
