No. You never need to open a design tool. Your documents are built, customised, and maintained entirely by the TradieVolt team. When you need something changed or want a new document created, you submit a request and we handle it. The only platform you’ll interact with is the MyVolt portal, which is where your documents are accessed and requests are submitted.
