Your MyVolt portal account is held by the business owner or principal. Documents are downloaded from the portal and can be distributed to your team however suits your business. Additional user accounts aren’t part of the current service offering. If your business requires multiple people to have direct portal access, let us know and we can understand your needs, but we can’t commit to supporting that at present.
