The documents you’ve received stay with you. Cancelling the subscription ends ongoing change requests, the ability to claim new TradieVolt releases or commission new documents, and partner benefits through the MyVolt portal. Any credits you’ve built up are held for six months from cancellation, and restored in full if you resubscribe within that window.
