Your documents remain yours. Cancelling the subscription means you lose access to ongoing change requests, the ability to claim new TradieVolt releases or commission new documents, and partner offers through the MyVolt portal. Any credits you’ve built up are held for six months from cancellation — resubscribe within that window and they’re restored in full. If you’re still within the 90-day revision window included with your package purchase, those revisions remain available until that period ends. After that, the documents you have stay with you, but the team behind them doesn’t.
